Step 1: Install the Fuel Wallet
To engage with the testnet, start by installing the Fuel Labs Wallet. You can do this by visiting Fuel Network, where you'll find a zip file of the wallet for download. After the download is finished, access Chrome Extensions and activate "Developer Mode" in the top-right corner of the screen. Then, simply drag the downloaded zip file onto the extension page to initiate the wallet installation process.
Step 2: Acquire testnet tokens

After setting up your wallet, go to your wallet and click on the “Faucet” button.

Step 3: Connect your wallet using the Fuel Wallet
You'll need to initiate a wallet connection to grant your application the necessary permissions for executing various actions. Head to the "Documentations" section, navigate to the "Request Connection" part, and establish the connection. Then, verify that it's functioning correctly by clicking on "Check it working." Following that, explore each of the tools listed on the page, which involves straightforward steps that you can follow by scrolling through the instructions.
Step 4: Engage with SwaySwap
SwaySwap is a decentralized exchange operating on the Fuel test network and is highly likely to be a requirement for participation in the snapshot. Visit Fuel Github to access the application. You can also claim testnet tokens by going to Faucet. On this platform, you have the opportunity to engage in token swapping, contribute liquidity to the protocol, and withdraw some of the liquidity you've provided. The more active you are, the greater your chances of qualifying for the airdrop.
Step 5: Apply for participation in the closed beta of Thunder NFT

To sign up for the closed beta of Thunder NFT, simply visit the registration page and input your Twitter username.

Step 6: Explore and engage with other DApps within the ecosystem

Numerous projects are actively being developed on the Fuel Network. Here is an up-to-date list of all the protocols currently operating on the Fuel Network. Furthermore, it's worth noting that many of these DApps have yet to introduce their own tokens. Therefore, by participating in their testing and interactions, you may potentially become eligible for their upcoming token airdrops!

DApps list:

Step 7: Accomplish tasks associated with the Guild to earn a Discord role

Link your wallet to Fuel's Guild page, and finish the social tasks to attain different Discord roles.

Step 8: Provide feedback through the Discord channel

Go to the “wallet-feedback” channel on Discord and leave any feedback you have on the Fuel Wallet.

Step 9: Create and mint your unique FuelArt NFT.

Head over to FuelArt, where you can create and mint your very own NFT.

Guide For Potential Fuel Airdrop!

As always, let's first familiarize ourselves with what Fuel is!

Fuel is primarily focused on creating the quickest execution layer for modular blockchains. This execution layer serves as a verifiable computation system tailored for the modular blockchain framework. The foundation of this system relies on a blockchain or computation system that can prove the validity or detect fraud, and it harnesses a modular blockchain for easy data accessibility. In the architecture of layer-1 (L1) blockchains, there is an ongoing shift occurring. We are moving away from a monolithic design, where consensus, data availability, and execution are tightly intertwined, to a more modular future where execution operates independently from data availability and consensus. This separation enables specialization at the core layer, resulting in a substantial increase in bandwidth capacity. Consequently, Fuel is purpose-built to harness this additional bandwidth, offering both high security and adaptable throughput. In September 2022, Fuel Labs successfully raised $80 million in a funding round led by Blockchain Capital and Stratos Technologies. Other backers also include some of the sector’s biggest investors such as CoinFund, Bain Capital Crypto, and TRGC.

Does Fuel Network have a token?

While there has been no official announcement regarding the release of a token by Fuel at this time, the strong indication is that Fuel is highly likely to introduce its token before the mainnet launch, especially considering that they have already raised over $80 million, and their counterpart, Celestia, has initiated a token launch. The information has started circulating that within the next 1-2 months, they will be launching on Mainnet with the FUEL token.

What steps to be eligible for Potential Fuel Airdrop?

The best chance to receive Fuel airdrops is to interact with their testnet. Fuel recently launched their Beta-3 Testnet, and it is important to interact with their protocols for a chance to be included in the snapshot.
