What is Bitcoin Pioneer Pass?
Babylon Chain has announced the launch of its testnet and, to commemorate this event, there is a chance to mint NFTs called Bitcoin Pioneer Pass. This NFT will serve as confirmation of early adoption, providing exclusive Babylon features and unique roles in the project’s Discord community. As the NFTs will be limited in quantity, users better prepare in advance and be among the first to participate.
The minting process will be available from February 28th to March 5th. There will be no costs involved as everything will be conducted on the test network.
How to mint a Bitcoin Pioneer Pass NFT
Step 1:
Download the Keplr wallet if you haven't already.
Visit the Keplr chains, search for the Babylon testnet, and add the network to your wallet.
Then go to the Babylon Discord, navigate to the "get-a-role" channel, and claim all available roles.
Proceed to the "faucet" channel, and type "!faucet your Babylon wallet address"
Step 2:
Download the OKX Wallet and log in with your seed phrase or register a new account.
Click on the icon in the top right corner, to the right of the cogwheel, and select all networks.
Scroll down, click on "Manage Crypto," add the sBTC token, enter the added token, and copy the address for receiving.
Visit faucet 1 or faucet 2, paste the copied address, and wait for the tokens. Good news that Babylon also prepared a YouTube Video guide to make sure you do everything correctly.
Important Note: The BTC Signet faucet may have limited availability and may require additional effort.
Step 3:
Finally, participate in the testnet by following this link and mint the NFTs. The event starts on February 28th at 12:00 UTC
